About Us

Hi, I'm Carissa, the heart behind Just One More Farm. I'm a 32-year-old work-from-home mom of three and have been married to my amazing husband for 11 years. I rediscovered my love for making specialty jams about 5 years ago after spending my childhood in my Granny's kitchen watching her can. What started as a family tradition has grown into a passion for creating small-batch, homemade jams that bring a little sweetness to your table. 

My top favorites are:

Spicy- Pineapple Habanero Jam (AMAZING on burgers)

Fall- Caramel Apple Jam (Great on Ice Cream or Cheesecake)

Spring- Guava Strawberry Jelly (Perfect for that Sunday morning biscuit) 

When I'm not stirring a pot of jam, you'll probably find me reading a good book curled up on the porch swing, walking the farm with our dogs, tinkering on some new project, or getting in some quality family time.
